Optimal Body Alignment

Much can be written about what constitutes good body alignment, but the overarching theme is to stack the structures of the body. Optimal body alignment starts as a static posture so that we know what we are shooting for, but the reality is that it is more like the bottom of a pendulum where movement transitions from flexion to extension, but should pass through optimal body alignment on it way through.
